

Me: What is one asana that you can’t do without?ĭolly: Definitely, headstands and the wheel posture. I started with gym workouts, but eventually, the monotony bored me. He had an old X-ray machine, and really, I just wanted to click its picture! Well, so the doctor told me that I’d have to lose some weight, or I won’t be able to travel anymore. When we got off the boat, I was taken to a doctor. Everyone around was trying to help me, but nothing worked.

While climbing up on the ferry, my ankle twisted and I fell. I was visiting Hampi, in Karnataka, about four years ago. How did your ankle injury lead you to begin with Yoga?ĭolly: I’ve always been heavily into traveling. In a quick chat with us, Dolly shared her experience of being a beginner and being first of her kind. These are the kind of platforms where people need to start seeing different kinds of people.” She adds, “It’s nice to be in places like these as they are the parameters to showcase and spread positivity. On her first time experience on the ramp, Dolly says, “ I was excited to be a part of a fitness brand which is spreading body positivity.”
